Returns
You have 30 days to return the product in its original condition, including tags, at no cost. Please email with your order number for a return label. And please note warehouse hours above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange something from your order you will need to return that particular item and then place a new order for the new item. Once the original item is received you will be credited back that amount.
For the hats, we decided to work with Flexfit for the extra bit of give their hats have. I was able to pick out all of the components of the hat so it fit with the DNA of the brand. For this particular model that we did with Lisa, I decided to do laser cut perforation in the back for extra breathability, a moisture wicking stretch poly fabric and a structured front with a flexible bill that you can mold and re-mold any way you like, depending on your activity.
Lisa’s artwork is on a jacquard label. The idea came about when I took one of the jacquard Walter Sky labels from a pair of pants and used black fabric tape to tape it onto a blank hat I had. I was wearing the hat at my meeting with Flexfit and they commented on it. I asked if they could duplicate it and this is the end result. Lisa’s artwork will pop up from time to time on some of our items and when they are sold out, that’s it. So don’t sleep on her amazing artistry.
